NeatReceipts 3.0 Installation FAQ
Minimum Service Pack Requirement
If you see a message with the header “Minimum Service Pack Requirement” while installing NeatReceipts 3.0, you are probably running Windows XP Service Pack 3. Some versions of the NeatReceipts 3.0 installation package do not appropriately detect this version of Windows.

Operating System Not Supported
If you see a message with the header “Operating System Not Supported” while installing NeatReceipts 3.0 on a computer running Windows Vista, you are probably running a 64 bit copy of Windows Vista. NeatReceipts 3.0 does not support 64 bit operating systems, and must be installed on a 32 bit computer.
