Return your Neat Product

Return Eligibility

Customers who have purchased from the following outlets are eligible to return the product using this method. All other customers must contact the vendor from which they purchased the product.

• Airport Kiosk

Limitations

The Neat Company will not issue a return label if the merchandise has been broken, defaced or replaced with components other than the original. Customers must make contact with The Neat Company within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for this return period, and the product must be returned intact in the original packaging. The Neat Company reserves the right to assess a restocking fee if one or more of these conditions are not met. The Neat Company will only be able to issue a credit to the original purchaser of the equipment.
