NeatWorks now supports 64-bit versions of Windows Vista! However, the software CD you received with your scanner most likely does not.  In order to successfully install the 64-bit compatible software, please select the statement below that is most accurate:

I have a NeatWorks CD or downloaded file and I have a product key that begins with "NR4". 

I have a product key that begins with "NR3", or I do not have a product key.
