I downloaded the 64-bit Vista installer, and it went right in. SQL server 2005 has just updated to SP3. As far as I can tell, it's all working as designed with no real hassle,

I've wasted two whole days and $50 on 3.0 and 4.0 upgrades on that very question... and NO... there is NOTHING better in either version for Quicken 2005 thru 2009 (I've upgraded out of desparation in the last 24 hours - oh, another $80 spent on this fiasco).
