It would be great to be able to share the scanner over the Mac network so different computers in the office can share the scanner. Please add this if you can in the next software revision.

I bought NeatReceipts for Mac with the Mobile scanner (NR-030108) and think it's a great product, but the biggest problem I have is with the scanner driver. In your video demo / help you tell folks to think of Smart Collections as being like Smart Playlists in iTunes. Neat Work's Tags isn't quite Tags in the OS X sense.  I would like to see Tags more like iphoto's tags or like the tags on this forum.  The way tags is set up currently in NW is just like another category.

It took me a long time to figure out how to "clear" a search. Your interface requires me to click on the "Fast Find" button and select "Find All Receipt Folders". It would be much more intuitive to have an X next to the "Fast Find" button to clear the search.
