Neat Work's Tags isn't quite Tags in the OS X sense. I would like to see Tags more like iphoto's tags or like the tags on this forum. The way tags is set up currently in NW is just like another category.

That is a must have feature. The best way to back up data is to keep it somewhere online and I do not think it is wise to put an unencrypted document database online.
Lack of encryption seriously restricted the usefulness of the system.

I use this for expense reports on the road, two suggestions.
1. Improve export to pdf quality, it is horrible, I currently have to "print" to .mdi and use microsoft imaging to create a .mdi file from the different docs and receipts and then print to pdf using an installed pdf converter. Reason? There are ...

I agree. I would like to be back on at least 1 on the newly split items.
But even better would be to mimic Quicken and how they handle splits. In the split popup, category, memo, amount. Adjust button... Then go back to 1 seemless looking transaction with the full amount and category saying "Split" grayed out.
