When entering reciepts the scanner does not detect paper. The program is nice but this is a pain and makes it more frustrating then our flatbed scanner. If I do not find a solution we will return this as unusual. Sometimes it works great and other times not.   Is there a solutilon? Thanks.

Even though the neat scanner is showing up in the System Profiler (as "600dpi USB Scanner"), the only scanner the NeatWorks software can find is the Canon. When I unplug the Canon, it can't find any.
