I did this as well but was sorely disappointed in the OCR "success" rate... It was miserable even on PDFs that I printed via CutePDF and that were not scans! Some did not even pickup the price accurately that was razor sharp on the receipt. And when I drag and drop items to fill out areas using Inspector? The OCR is nothing more than ...

The Windows version of NeatWorks makes it easy to specify a category from the IRS.  I'm unable to find a similar feature in the Mac version.  Am I missing something?
