  • Twice and done

    I've purchased two Neat Receipt scanning kits.  I am experiencing problems and come to find out there is now ZERO phone support.  How dissappointing.  I'll have to find another solution with someone who wants to service what they sell.

    I have just scanned four, four drawer file cabinets into NeatWorks.  I agree with other posts that the software had many bugs and the scanner itself has an issue or two.  I like the concept and think it has great potential.     Let me start off by saying I love the product idea, however performance is another issue. For $500, we should be getting a lot better. -Software: You should be able to scan to specific folder.  If you know where items will end up that should be an option.  Way too much of a resource hog.
