I have ND with an iMac. When I have a paper jam or miss-feed, there seems to be no graceful way to reset the software. I shutdown NW, power cycle the scanner, but almost always the library will not close and I have to do a "Force Quit". Does anyone know of a graceful way to reboot the software after a paper jam?

Unfortunately (a gross understatement) Neat's software for the Mac does not work . . . period.
Neat should stop selling NeatDesk for the Mac until the problem is resolved.
I returned the unit (and flawed software) directly to Neat, from which I had purchased the product directly.
But I will gladly re-order it after the software ...
