I've just begun to scnalize(sp) and wanted to know if there is a best pratice for scanning in CC Statements or Bank Statemtents.

Hi Dori,
It's not possible to create sub-folders, so you would need to create 3 separate folders. The Folder Types could all be Business Expenses and the Folder Labels can be named according to the type of expense (biz reimbursable, biz non-reimbursable and personal expenses).

I had seperated out several folders for Business and Home. Now I see that I probably just need one folder for Business and one for Home.
