I've just begun to scnalize(sp) and wanted to know if there is a best pratice for scanning in CC Statements or Bank Statemtents. For example, does everyone prefer to put them in as receipts or Documents? ... Thanks! Jerry  

It would be helpful if this was in the video and help file. Additionally, I expected to be able to right-click a receipt to file it into a new folder.  

Hi Dori, It's not possible to create sub-folders, so you would need to create 3 separate folders.  The Folder Types could all be Business Expenses and the Folder Labels can be named according to the type of expense (biz reimbursable, biz non-reimbursable and personal expenses). I had seperated out several folders for Business and Home.  Now I see that I probably just need one folder for Business and one for Home. Is there some way I can combine all my business folders into one folder, and same for home?
