  • Re: Quickbooks export needs a lot of work

I agree, QuickBooks interface is nearly useless as is.  Another issue I have is being able to assign Customer/Job info to each receipt.  I can assign "client" info in NeatReceipts but because of the GL export, GL transactions in QuickBooks do not have Customer/Job field!  So, I'm in the same boat...spent a ...

  • Concur Integration

My company is implementing Concur for expense reporting, and I was wondering if NeatReceipts integrates with Concur out-of-the-box, or if there are some steps I can take to streamline the expense reporting process (i.e., Excel Map)?

  • Re: Export Question

1). Go to the laptop. 2). Export the selected receipts as a .NRX file. 3). Put the file on flash or whatever method you use to transfer files to the host PC. 4). Open NR and import the NRX file.   This work for you?

  • NeatReceipts, Office 2007, Peachtree 2008, Quicken H&B 2006

I am thinking about buying a new NeatReciepts scanner for my business, but I'm not sure if it is supported to work with Office 2007. I am working on a computer with Windows XP/SP2, and early this year I upgraded to Office Professional 2007. Does NeatReceipts work with Office 2007 yet? I have read that there is only a Beta Release out ...

  • Re: exporting all columns from neatreceipts business cards

I know this is not a solution to being able to do this withing NR but have you considered using Outlook just to get the export you desire. Outlook exports all the fields. You would just have an extra step. If you want to to this going forward whenever using it in the future, you could just delete all the contacts from Outlook when done importing ...

  • Poor image quality in reports

I just bought NeatReceipts and started scanning receipts for expense reports.  I itemize my expenses in my invoices using Quicken2007, so I don't need the expense reporting functions of NR.  I only need it for keeping track of receipts and printing them in pdf format to accompany my invoices to customers.  However, every ...

  • Re: Send Us Your Receipts!

Annette, Considering the topic of this thread, you might want to repost this as a new question somewhere. It might not get the quick attention of the membership as well here in this thread. I do know that if you're using the Beta on Vista, then the qb feature might be a little buggy... they're working very hard on that and have been ...

  • Re: Sharing file

I did a post similar to this for another user's question that you may or may not find useful. I have the same issues you do, but this works pretty well for me and doesn't pose risk to my primary database. http://neatreceipts.com/Forum/forums/post/942.aspx Hope you find it useful.

  • Re: How to sync data of 2 diff. scanalizers

I can tell you from the standpoint of someone who does this often, that the recommended method WILL work, but you'll spend a LOT of time drinking coffee while you're massive database exports each and every time you want to do this. I had a client who wanted this same functionality, so I learned a way to do it that's a little faster and ...
