I have had the NeatDesk for about 4 months now and I really like the product idea however performance is a different story. I just wanted to find out if anyone else out there is experiencing the same issues I am. I have some receipts that were filed incorrectly, I selected the receipt, clicked move, and chose the new folder. The software indicates it's "moving" it, but then the receipt is still there in the orignial "wrong" folder as well as in the new "correct" folder.
