I am running Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) and Neat Works v4 sp3 (4.6.2_152). Before I upgraded my OS from Vista Ultimate SP1 (x64) my Neat Works software was performing as expected. I have had the NeatDesk for about 4 months now and I really like the product idea however performance is a different story. I just wanted to find out if anyone else out there is experiencing the same issues I am. I will break it down by scanner and software issues:

Jams with small receipts
Says it can handle 10 to 50 documents ...

In the Neat Quick Scan Center on a PC, I have to set Advanced Settings>Open Generated to PDF to off each time I restart my computer.
It does not retain my Off setting. On startup it is always set to On.
