I feel that the Mac version is missing an integrated 'Backup' feature which makes the task of performing a full backup much easier.  Anyways, what would I need to grab for a perfect reliable backup? 

This is so obvious, that it does not warrant further description.  Quicken is the best software that I have seen for regular, automatic backup prompts.

It is really cumbersome to do end-of-year backup/closeout.  I still have problems. How about considering adding a "one-button" type backup option in a future update?

I've had Version 3.0.4_414 for a week and I have scanned in 90 receipts so far, but when I ran the backup, it said the original database was up to 128 megabytes. Same situation here, but reboot did not fix it. Some other software installation I think messed with one of the components NeatReceipts installs (the MSDE or .NET thing).
