Problem: Scanner is not scanning OS: Mac OS X v 10.4.11Neatworks Mac Software v 2.1.9Scanner: small, slim version
Neatworks seems to take a long time to load and once it does I cannot scan. The screen will say it's scanning (sometimes) but the scanner never does anything but sit there.

I just purchased a new Fujitsu Scan Snap 300M. Unfortunately I cannot get NeatWorks to recognize it. How do I get NeatWorks to accept the scanner.

We installed version 2.5.5 on our home pc, we use vista. Everything seems to be working fine, but when we scan a receipt, no image or information is showing up. It's completely blank. I can't find any info in the support guides. Help is greatly appreciated.
