Hii Mike,
I am running 2.8 and I'm having the same problems as the original poster. Are there any instructions you can provide for those of us on 2.8? I have a lot of receipts to scan now that it is the end of the year, and really want this unit to start working again.

Scanner won't work? Scanner not ever going into the "Scanalyzing" stage?
What's wrong?
Answer: You calibrated the scanner.
Solution: Uninstall NR completely. Reboot. Reinstall. When prompted to scan the first document, you will receive a "must calibrate scanner" message. Hit Cancel.Scan Again...... ...
