    Hii Mike,   I am running 2.8 and I'm having the same problems as the original poster.  Are there any instructions you can provide for those of us on 2.8?  I have a lot of receipts to scan now that it is the end of the year, and really want this unit to start working again. Thanks, Warren

  • An unexpected Error Occured when trying to scan

    I've been using NR for over 3 years now and it has been great. Well it is not so great today. When I am trying to scan receipts I keep getting message quoted above. It appears that the software recognizes the scanner, but somehow the scanning process has been broken.   Any suggestions, ideas will be much appreciated

  • BUGFIX: How to Scan in Vista Version (read before using first time.)

    Scanner won't work? Scanner not ever going into the "Scanalyzing" stage? What's wrong? Answer: You calibrated the scanner. Solution: Uninstall NR completely. Reboot. Reinstall. When prompted to scan the first document, you will receive a "must calibrate scanner" message. Hit Cancel.Scan Again...... ...
