This interests me too. My question though is that there doesn't seem to be a column for tips? Or am I just not seeing it. I'm a VERY new user of NeatReceipts, but very impressed with the product so far.

Go to Personalize > Rules. In the Restaurant Receipt Rules, check off Auto-calculate tip. When checked, a tip of 15% (default) is automatically taken on the subtotoal of restaurant receipts and added to calculate the Amount.
