Hello, I'm new to NeatWorks. very excited. I use comments column in Quicken a lot. So wondering ... which column in NeatWorks receipts maps to "Comments" Column in quicken/*.QIF file.    

We have similar problems. We have two MAC laptops and the small white scanner. Sometimes the software does not detect the paper and sometimes it does not detect the scanner at all. Wow - I am really frustrated - this is my first effort with Neat scanning receipts - how can I just print out the spreadsheet tables created while scanning in receipts? It seems I can only print very ink/labor intensive copies of all of the receipts, which I neither need nor want. The reports are quite worthless also. Any ideas?

I have had the NeatDesk for about 4 months now and I really like the product idea however performance is a different story. When scanning receipts from restaurants, I have been scanning the receipt that I sign because it has the full amount with tip, but this way the tax isn't showing.  Should I scan in the other receipt which has the breakdown, but no tip and just write in the tip and change the total in NeatReceipts? Thanks 

How do I keep track of returns?  I've decided that I won't scan in receipts that contain a list of items that I have completely returned, but what about when I purchase a few items and only return one? Thanks 

I am a new user and don't know how to record a receipt that has two payment types.  Can anyone help??

I keep getting a thin line accross the middle of image from left to right when I scan it in.  I tried calibrating and cleaning it, bu no success.  any ideas.  Thanks
