  • Scanner not found

    I am running Neat Works 4, on Vista x64, and I don't think the driver for my scanner is installed properly. The scanner model number is SCSA4601EU. In the Device Manager, I have a (!)600dpi USB Scanner, but I am unable to update the driver successfully. This was a new install.
