Just got my NeatDesk tonight and I'm getting the same Error. I've run the Diagnostics and the final step doesn't clear. "Scanner Status - The scanner is unavailable via Image Capture...". I've tried restarting, disconnecting, etc. This is really frustrating.

I just bought this software/hardware package and am bummed that all I get when I hit the "scan" button on the Neat scanner and hit "scan" from the software, all I get it "NRMERR_SCAN_INTERNAL_ERROR"
Neat has sent me another scanner, same issue. I had tech support on and they said to create another library which ...
