Hi, I need to customize my fields in neat receipts for mac. I cannot find anything that will let me do this. The edit / customize function does not seem to work correctly or be reliable.  Is there a directory to the pre written fields and can I change their names?  I LOVE scanning my receipts directly into a file but need to write ...

When or how often should you re-calibrate the scanner? The on-line help says, "It's sometimes necessary to calibrate your scanner so that it scans with peak accuracy." How do you know when you get to one of those "sometimes?"
