Unfortunately (a gross understatement) Neat's software for the Mac does not work . . . period.  Neat should stop selling NeatDesk for the Mac until the problem is resolved. I returned the unit (and flawed software) directly to Neat, from which I had purchased the product directly. But I will gladly re-order it after the software ...

In your video demo / help you tell folks to think of Smart Collections as being like Smart Playlists in iTunes. Please either upgrade your iTunes or look again, Smart Playlists actually have more than one selection criteria which is nothing like Smart Collections.
