I'm just bought NeatReceipts v 2.1.9 for Mac (software only) and am trying to use it with the scanner on my Canon PIXMA MP560 and then export the data into Quicken.  Though it's not super easy, I can get NeatReceipts to do the scan and bring up the image, but this method seems cumbersome because NeatReceipts doesn't evidently ...

We have similar problems. We have two MAC laptops and the small white scanner. Sometimes the software does not detect the paper and sometimes it does not detect the scanner at all. However, once in a while it works beautifully. I called tech support (this afternoon) they made me change ports and I was able to scan three receipts, then it did not ...

Wow - I am really frustrated - this is my first effort with Neat scanning receipts - how can I just print out the spreadsheet tables created while scanning in receipts? It seems I can only print very ink/labor intensive copies of all of the receipts, which I neither need nor want. The reports are quite worthless also. Any ideas?
