  • Re: Quickbooks export needs a lot of work

I am disappointed too! The purpose of me purchasing this software was to make my work easier to process in quickbooks. It does none of this and there is no customer service on this product!. Your mapping idea is great! But for now I would not recommend this to anyone! Summer

  • Re: Excel Map Template for Exporting to Quicken

Scoobydeux:Jenn...  Does NR support exports to .xltm yet? I have a few friends who want to buy a NR, but they use Office 2007 and don't want to buy unless the NR2Quicken will function correctly, so they can export to Quicken quickly....  (Plus I am about to switch to 2007 myself, but not until I know NR will export to the .xltm ...

  • Creating PDFs should also include spotlight comments

Hi, I just started using your scanner/software solution the other day. I really like it. I have version 114015, and things work pretty well, though it does crash pretty regularly.   I have 2 suggestions: 1. when exporting a pdf file, it would be nice to have the option to include writing data from your database into the spotlight comments ...

  • Re: Excel Map Template for Exporting to Quicken

This post should be marked permanent or something along those lines. It took me an hour or so to find it again and it solves some of the issues with Quicken NeatReciepts exporting with split transactions.

  • Re: Cash back from Debit Card transaction.... how?

The split transaction feature is the way to do it. Once split you can re-categorize the transaction as cash or whatever. Works great with stores like Walmart and Target where you might you might have Groceries, Clothing and Cash. The only issue I have with split transactions in NeatReceipts is during an export to Quicken the split transactions ...

  • Export to PDF (Searchable)

I love this new feature! However, the receipts are not sorted in any particular order (perhaps scan order or order in the database). I would like to have the receipts sorted by date (or exported in the sort that I have currently selected).

  • Interfacing with Quicken or EXCEL?

Any idea when we will have the ability to export to Quicken or Excel?     First day experience is fine, but limited.     Thanks for the Mac OS version...looking forward to the updates.   Duane

  • Exporting several images at once (batch export)

I understand that it is possible to export each image individually or export all images for a single receipt (i.e. multiple pages receipts), but is there a way to export several images from different receipts at once?

  • Re: Feature request - TWAIN update for bigger paper scans

Hi Dominique,  I saw your post and recommend you look at the Fujitsu ScanSnap as a scanner for the types of documents you mentioned.  It is a very nice unit and comes with the latest full version Acrobat Standard as a bonus.  It scans directly to PDF, both sides (!) of the page at once, at an extremely fast clip.  It comes ...

  • Re: 3.04 falls short

bferguson, Does your NR2Quicken Excel export template still work in NR 3.0? I bought the upgrade but I have NO plans of upgrading if that template export does not work. For me it make NR useful. As for Smart Sorting and Scan to PDF I could do without it.  -Rentfrow
