I have had the NeatDesk for about 4 months now and I really like the product idea however performance is a different story. I just wanted to find out if anyone else out there is experiencing the same issues I am. I will break it down by scanner and software issues:

Jams with small receipts
Says it can handle 10 to 50 documents ...

I have Windows Vista 32-bit
I have MS SQL Server VSS Writer installed on my computer and it will not start.
I also have Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition, Microsoft SQL Server Native Client, Microsoft Server Setup Support Files.
The MSXML I do have are the MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181, KB941833, KB954430)
