Well the version that I installed from new on my Vista 64bit machine is NeatWorks SP3A 4.7.7_ 57 When I check for updates the system NeatWorks returns: "At this time there are no updates available for this product thank you for using NeatWorks"  The backup files created by NeatWorks SP3A 4.7.7_57 are for example ...

From what I can tell even paying for an upgrade will not get this product to work with an x64 based system. Absolutely ridiculous,  I am commenting on every review site that I can about how bad the support for this product is.
