I am running Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) and Neat Works v4 sp3 (4.6.2_152).  Before I upgraded my OS from Vista Ultimate SP1 (x64) my Neat Works software was performing as expected.  Now however, whenever I attempt to scan I receive the error "The Neat Mobile failed to scan."  I have see that this error was reported in ...
