It seems crazy but Neat Receipts will only startup if I unplug my ethernet cable.  Apparently tech support knows this is a known bug but it is rare.  I'm just curious is anyone is experiencing this so called "rare" instance.  Any thoughts on how to fix this problem  Tech support said they were working on it but no ...

I second that motion - I'm getting the same error.  3.0.3 seems to be working fine, but 3.0.4 will not install.  Jenn, Mike, anybody?
