Trying to upgrade to SP1 on v3.0, get this message and it wont let me finish the upgrade, any ideas on what I can do to apply the upgrade sucessfully?   Tom

I just did the 3.0SP1 upgrade. When I downloaded the upgrade and prior to deleting 2.8 I backed up all my data files and then again when I un-installed 2.8 I backed up again! Mike... I've tried for days to reach you.. maybe posting the log here will help.  Something is going on and the DB will not install.  Please see the log below ---- I receive the same error msg every time I try to reinstall the DB engine. Edit - snipped wall of log text  

looks like this might be a bug or something.  I had to call Tech Support twice today.. and my 3.0 upgrade still does not work.  Mike, with Tech Support, had me look for the Database Contoller MSI file in the following sub directory..
