From menu:
Tools database backup
then on the same path restore on you destop.
Fastest and easiest way for me was to use a transfer cable, but you could use a flash drive if you file is small enough.

You can also use the Quick Scan link to tell the product its a receipt and it will be loaded where you want to eliminating the drag and drop step

Hi Denise, I have the same problem. There should be a lever bar thingy that you can adjust just like in a printer. I added this to my list of suggestions to the Neat Co.
