btw -- i have found at least with straight b&w receipts - if i go into image inspector and convert to b&w it at least cleans it up a bit..

this is still an issue - even after several updates -- is neat receipts even READING this forum?  2.1.6 (216014)   ??    

yup - i have complained a few times on the forums... seems this company is making users pay to upgrade their software then telling them too bad it doesnt work worth crap...  all my scans are near black - even after calibration... even with this latest update 2.1.6 (216014) its terrible -- the scans are unreadable... i have had to hook up my 6 ...

 v 2.1.4 (214017) mac os x.5.7   i noticed with the last version release the black box is finally being cropped correctly...  but still all the pages are way too dark. i have calibrated the scanner with white paper but it doesnt change... is there somewhere i can edit scans other than just to black and white... the inspector does ...

when ever i export a batch of items it prefaces each saved item with the word Document- or Receipt-.... how can i get it to stop this and just name it the name of the item....   thanks ml

i am using the latest version of neatworks...   still no page # listed (and in the inspector it shows page numbers but if you delete a page it doesnt renumber -- trying to renumber manually causes the app to crash  still doesnt recognize logos.... frustrating..  free rotate not there yet... and no undo crop   i would ...

i get this error randomly also - seems to happen right after i change scan type (from full to quick for example).. etc ml

i have the same issue - wasted hours on this thing... creating a new library is not really an option -since this library is only 1 day old... plus would i have to import all the stuff into the new library... ugh   ml

it gets worse -- after restarting NW -- 20 pages of the document are just gone.. i scanned 3 more pages -- waiting for the processing bar on each (ugh) -- and it got stuck again -- i switched to another doc (just viewing) when i went back to the 1st doc - which had 10 pages originally - now it has ONE page.. where'd the other 9 pages go?? how ...
