The idea that launched this thread was good, but meanwhile can you print the email receipt on paper and then scan it in? Sounds dorky but might be less of a pain that the image conversion solutions.

I have spent 2.5 hours trying to install this device. It keeps getting hung up on installing the database. It makes it to 53% and then hangs. Eventually it proceeds and finishes, and I walk through the remaining steps. I have done this four times tonight. Then when I go to launch the software, I get a message saying the database can't be found ...
