Same re-install here....Kind of strange. Everything seems to work fine though.

Probably not lost...Try clicking the FindFast Tab..then click Find All Folders....This should bring them back in view.

Thanks for your suggestion....I should have thought to close Outlook and tried it again...DUH!! Outlook sync's fine as long as Outlook is CLOSED. Keep up the good work, you guys and gals!!

Did you Right Click on the setup executable file and then click on RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR? I understand you MUST do this to install correctly ( even though your the only user/administrator, also make sure ALL anti virus software etc is deactivated during the install.
Be sure to uninstall any previous installs of NR as well.

I think you should be able to click the FindFast button...then click find ALL folders....Your missing folder may reappear.

I loved being able to scan my receipts again in VISTA......THANK YOU!!! YOU MAY OR MAY NOT BE AWARE OF IT, So, I just wanted to report that the Sync to Outlook has issues. I have attached the error message that I received in VISTA HOME PREMIUM.

Hi,
I get this sometimes....Just run the cleaner sheet using ....SCAN...Run Neatreceipts Cleaner...from the menu tabs. THEN re-run calibration.This fixes for me.
