Hi, Bob
This is pretty much environment-specific; it's not necessary on a normal installation.
What's your incident number? Our support group will usually just send you a link to a .zip containing the missing content and tell you where it should go - this is a pretty easy fix, and I'm surprised it's taking any longer than ...

Hi, Bob
Version 4.7.7 does work on Windows 7. The message you're seeing is fairly specific, and usually indicates that there were some permissions issues during install.
Does the folder listed in the error message exist, and does it contain 11 files? We've most often seen this when Windows is unable or unwilling to ...

Grab a full 4.0 installer from http://neatco.com/vista64

Most of the time this is a pretty quick fix, but the actual steps can vary based on log ...

Hi, Jeremy
My name is Mike Landis. I'm the manager of our customer support group.
I'd like to apologize for the experience you've had with the company. Our rep's answer ran contrary to both written policy and our department philosophy; you should not have had any difficulty retrieving a download. I have ...

Hi,
Form 2241: Qualifying Childcare Expenses is available as a tax category in version 4.0 SP3, but is not displayed by default. To use it, click the Show/Hide Tax Items button that appears at the bottom of the tax category dropdown list.

Hi, Mark
That's not a Windows 7 problem - that's a backup file in bad shape or a bad sector on one of the pieces of media involved.
Make sure you're not trying to restore that from a piece of non-writeable media like a DVD. If the backup file is saved on a flash drive, copy it to the actual HD before attempting to restore.
If ...
