And stand by for rough weather. Note that NEAT INSERTS ROWS beginning at the row you select. So if you just need to fill in up to X number of rows on a form, now you will have the original number of blank rows plus an extra row for each receipt posted. So now ALL CELL REFERENCES BELOW THE FIRST CELL ARE SCREWED UP!
Example - you expect the ...

Odd, I haven't had this problem. I regularly feed pages ranging from 8-1/2x14 to itty bitty stubs from restaurant checks, and haven't had a jam. Of course you gotta put the little stuff so the wheel will catch it. Perhaps you got a defective or damaged scanner? Are we taling about the little portable scanner or something else?

My experiences have been mixed Caveat Emptor and all that...
The instructions/help files are a joke. It tells you what any high level cretin can deduce, but there's NO help for details.
Customizing is an absolute nightmare. They advertise that the information can be exported to Excel.

After about 45 man hours of screwing around with NeatWorks, creating macros for Excel, and almost gotten this incredibly unwieldy software to do what I paid for, I have decided to go ahead with my plans to get VISTA (retch) off this machine and put XP on it so I won't be spending so much time waiting for Vista to haul it's bloated carcass ...

Row 11 - Make this blank, and shrink the height as much as possible.
Row 12 = SUM(A9:A11) - Add whatever formatting you'd like.
If you then export 5 ...

Mike, Thanks for the quick reply.
I have abandoned the newest version I downloaded Monday Night, as it apparently has no ability to export directly to Excel, only as .csv files. (What's with this? Your advertising says you can export to Excel, and the previous version which I purchased had the ability). A topic for later kvetching.
OK. ...

The problem appears the same in MAC or PC. I am a PC user, and equally frustrated at the very limited choices in setting up expense reports, the sole reason I bought the package.
And from the number of posts and the time elapsed since the first post, we appear to be in a state of "ignore the issues and maybe they will go away" as far as ...
