    Unable to use scanner after upgrade from v3sp3 to v4.6.2

    Receive "Font Missing or Corrupt" Century Gothic when launch Neat Works

    I uninstalled and reinstalled v3sp3 & v4.6.2 upgrade.

    Same Error........Any Ideas

    Solved the error by down loading /installing the missing/corrupt font from http://www.font-zone.com/ in C:\Windows\Fonts

    Hi,

    I'm glad to hear you got this working.

    That font has probably been broken for awhile; we just didn't use it at all in the 3.0 software.
