--------------------------------- Summary: Error when deleting item in Inbox Product Level 1: NeatWorks 4.0 Category Level 1: Unexpected Error Date Created: 06/17/2009 04:21 PM Last Updated: 06/23/2009 01:11 AM Status: Solved Discussion Thread --------------------------------------------------------------- Response (Han-Earl) - 06/17/2009 04:21 PM Alex, First, let's make a backup of the database just in case. So go to Tools > Database > Backup and name it BAD INBOX. Hopefully we will never use this. Create a new TEMP2 folder and then highlight half the receipts in TEMP and move them to TEMP2. Try exporting TEMP to Receipts Folder File nrx. If that doesn't work, make a TEMP3 folder and move half of the receipts from TEMP to TEMP3. Try exporting TEMP again. Keep repeating until it's small enough to export. Them export TEMP2, TEMP3 ... etc. Did you scan any documents and or business cards since 6/11? If not, that's good. We can rely on your 6/11 backup. If you did scan more items, do an Advanced Search for Last Modified After 6/11 and then export them to Contact File NRT for Business Cards. For documents, do the same thing we did with the Advanced search for Last Modified After 6/11 and then make all the Pushpins Red for the folders and then create a new Document folder. Move all the documents from the search to that new Document Folder. Then export that Document Folder. Go to Start > Run and enter service.msc and click OK. In there, double click SQL Server (NR2007) and make a note of the Path to Executable If it contains MSSQL.1, download the following MSSQL.1 - http://files2.neatreceipts.com/tools/40SP332Mssql1cdb.zip For MSSQL.2 - http://files2.neatreceipts.com/tools/40SP332Mssql2cdb.zip Copy the files in the zip files to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.(1 or 2)\MSSQL\Data and choose to overwrite/replace all the files when it asks. Then open NeatWorks and restore the 6/11 backup. Then go to the Receipts section and Import > Receipt Folder File and import all the TEMP exports you made. Repeat for exported Contacts and Document Folders as well. [---001:002490:43142---]
