New Mobile Scanner (white) not recognized on OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard)

    New Mobile Scanner (white) not recognized on OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard)

    New scanner bought through recent promo (already have older gray mobile scanner)

    NeatWorks updated to latest version (Version 2.1.9 (219005))

    Leopard - latest version - 10.5.8 

    I have unplugged & rebooted (So much for Neatco's troubleshooting tips)

    New scanner is not recognized. Diagnostic only shows driver installed (Usb connection/Driver loaded/Scanner Status = 'RED')

     

    Any ideas?
