I have tried everything in my power to get the scanner to install on my MacBookPro running Windows Vista 64 using Fusion and tried it using Parallels. Everything else installs fine. Something about the Windows installer won't work with the drivers or something like that!

I LOVE the system so please help!!!!!

What version of the NeatWorks software have you installed on your Parallels instance, and what is the exact error message you're seeing when you try to install device drivers?

I did install the Neat Receipts program using the latest version... 4 SP3A 4.7.7_57.  The error message says something like... "Windows Installer cannot be started or is not properly installed" or something like that. I was having so much trouble trying to use Parallels, I have installed Fusion. The program itself works fine BUT cannot install the scanner drivers. Neat Receipts 4.0 for 64 installed just fine and works great... just no scanner. 

I could not get Parallels to install Neat Receipts 4.0 (64) at all... neither the program or scanner. 

I am anxious to begin using the program. Thank for any HELP!!!
