    Data Folder in MSSQL

I have been using NeatReceipts for one year now and few months ago I upgraded to Neatworks 4.  Last month my PC crashed but before it crashed I was able to copy the entire Microsoft SQL Server folder from Program Files.  I then reinstalled my Windows XP OS including Neatworks 4.  Since I dont have a backup file (*.nrbak) to recover from and I only have the Microsoft SQL Server folder saved to my external drive, can someone help me how I can use that database rather than the new database that my latest install created?

I have tried many variations like renaming and overwriting the Microsoft SQL Server folder with my backup copy but did not work.  It was giving me a message saying "NeatWorks cannot launch because a connection to the database could not be established...." everytime I open NEatworks.  I have read through all the Forums regarding database here but did not find the right answer.

Is there a way to use my old copy of the database with the fresh install of NEatworks?   PLease help as I have been trying this for weeks now and I have a years worth of receipts and documents that I have already scanned.  Thank you!
