When entering reciepts the scanner does not detect paper. The program is nice but this is a pain and makes it more frustrating then our flatbed scanner. If I do not find a solution we will return this as unusual.

Sometimes it works great and other times not. 

 Is there a solutilon? Thanks.

We have similar problems. We have two MAC laptops and the small white scanner. Sometimes the software does not detect the paper and sometimes it does not detect the scanner at all. However, once in a while it works beautifully. I called tech support (this afternoon) they made me change ports and I was able to scan three receipts, then it did not detect any of the ports at all.  My spouse says this does not happen with the Windows version. I really would liket to know if there is a solution?
