I tried reporting thisbug...  

Can't print document from Inspector window

When in the Inspector window, if one of the fields has the focus then the document cannot be printed. You have to click on the document image before printing will work.

And the support staff replieswith this… 

After the Doc is scanned you can export it as a PDF and then print from the PDF.

Which leaves me with twoquestions:

1. Didthey read all three sentences of my bug report?

2. Do theyknow that you don’t have to export to PDF in order to print a document?

Both the technical support and development groups do read bug reports, and we appreciate your feedback on the Inspector window's print functionality.

Our rep misread your message, and was listing a workaround for someone who couldn't print from our application at all.

You've submitted a number of interesting reports in the past to our Mac team and I do hope you'll continue to provide your feedback.

I see in the release notes for version 2.1.7 that this bug has been fixed.  Thanks!

In that case please could you look at the printing of Receipts on Neatworks for Mac.  Specifically the report fields do not all seem to print and there is no way to adjust the fields.  There are so many poorly integrated features on the Mac version of Neatworks that it would help to have some in formation on when a new version is due.  The current 3.5.2 feels like a very early BETA.
