    NeatReceipts unit purchased, won't feed.

    Hello,

     I am on Windows Vista, and had first faced the issue of not being able to calibrate.  This was fixed by running the program with the "run as administrator" option.  A small note is that you have to ensure you don't have the program already running.  I rebooted so it was clean, and then did the run as administrator and I could calibrate.

     Now for the second issue I can't seem to resolve.  It doesn't pull the paper.  I was assuming that when I calibrate, it would pull the calibration paper into the unit.  The paper just sits there, the unit sounds like it's grinding, and in fact, I waited over 5 minutes with no change.  I've made sure the calibration paper is firmly in place.

     Please advise on how to get the unit to pull the paper through.  I've tried with business cards, receipts and the calibration paper.  I picked up the unit a couple hours ago, and have already wasted time on just trying to get the basics to work.

     UPDATE : Let me rephrase now I can't calibrate, it just continues to  say calibration failed.

    I have the same problem basically. 

     Although I was able to calibrate the machine, the scanner won't feed paper. At this point, this thing is worthless.
