When I try and scan a PDF, I'm not given the option of scanning additional pages after the first one. This hasn't been consistent, sometimes I'm given that option, sometimes not.
If I scan as a document, I'm given the option of multiple pages, however there's no obvious way to save the document as a multi-page PDF. I can go to print as PDF, but I get a title summary page with the one item, and amount (not relevant), and the first page of the document, not what I was expecting. The only way I've found out how to see the PDF itself is to click the "email" button, and then a PDF will be attached to an email in Mail.app. I'd like to see a button for "View in Preview", as I don't use Mail.app, and this is inconvenient.
My multi-page document was scanned in the incorrect order, and there's no way to re-order the pages once they're in the program, if I could just get this PDF into preview, I could re-order the pages with the drag and drop feature.
The PDFs generated are HUGE, 1.3MB for a one page document scanned in black and white?
