I have played around with the SQL Server settings, etc....and have not been successful in getting my Neat Receipts application working again. I have a ton of documents saved there, and it would be regrettable if I can no longer access them.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The SQL error log that I get indicates errors&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Error: 17182, Severity: 16, State: 1.&lt;br /&gt;2009-09-19 21:37:41.87 Server&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; TDSSNIClient initialization failed with error 0x2, status code 0x80.&lt;br /&gt;2009-09-19 21:37:41.87 Server&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Error: 17182, Severity: 16, State: 1.&lt;br /&gt;2009-09-19 21:37:41.87 Server&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; TDSSNIClient initialization failed with error 0x2, status code 0x1.&lt;br /&gt;2009-09-19 21:37:41.88 Server&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Error: 17826, Severity: 18, State: 3.&lt;br /&gt;2009-09-19 21:37:41.88 Server&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Could not start the network library because of an internal error in the network library.
