yup - i have complained a few times on the forums... seems this company is making users pay to upgrade their software then telling them too bad it doesnt work worth crap... all my scans are near black - even after calibration... even with this latest update 2.1.6 (216014) its terrible -- the scans are unreadable... i have had to hook up my 6 year old hp scanner and scan with that...
you should get your money back - dont hold your breath for support from neatreceipts...
