I instaled it and followed every step of the instructions, I even updated the software before doing anything. When propnted to calibrate the scanner, I feed the calibration sheet and pressed the calibrate button. about one inch came out from the other side and that was the end of my scanalizer. I terminated the program, re-started it, tried the scan button, everything, even different cables and USB ports, nothing (just the green light) can some one help me? or I should just return it?
