I really enjoy my NeatReceipt portable scanner: it really helps me get organized and fulfill my fiscal obligations on time.
Unfortunately, I should say: "It used to help me" since I cannot use it anymore. NeatWorks 4.0 keeps sending me an error message saying: "An unexpected error occurred while using NeatWorks. We apologize for the inconvenience, please contact Technical Support if this problem persists."
I run NeatWorks on a Lenovo SL500 mounted with Vista SP1 32 bits. What can I do to make it work again?
